Delivery of P58 and P62 Equipment
Operation:
Multimodal operation from Santíssimo (RJ) to Niterói (RJ).
Highlight:
Geometric and structural studies of route between Santíssimo and Niterói indicated that the overland haulage was not feasable. Solving up the issue, part of the crossing was done by coastal navigation between Itaguaí and Sepetiba, both harbors within Rio de Janeiro State.
The equipment was intented to P58 and P62, Brazilian petrol production investment. They are FPSOs (Floading Production Storage and Offloading) platforms, which are going to star up their activities in 2014 and will be able to produce 180,000 and 100,000 petrol barrels per day, respectively.
Transdata also participated in the assembling of the P58 platform modules in Rio Grande (RS).
