Operation:
Overland haulage, lifting and positioning of equipment onto base.
Highlight:
Transdata performed the road transportation and crane lifting operations to support the installation of new equipment for the expansion project of a gas plant unit for the world's leading gas supplier.
The operational scope included the receipt of the oversized equipment from ship directly onto axle lines, transport from São Sebastião (SP) to Paulinia (SP), unloading on the site, lifting and positioning of the parts onto base for the final installation of cold boxes .
Joining the technical capacity of the transport and lifting teams, guided by the engineering plans, established the success factor of the operation. The client was impressed by the experience shown by Transdata team while crossing the Mountain Range of São Sebastião: the height obstacle demanded an accurate calculation of a limit with few centimeters to enable the passage of the cargo, something the competition thought impossible. In addition to this challenge being faced with ease, the client praised the compliance with all safety criteria for lifting the parts in the site and the quality of work as well.
